Easterton Village Hall welcomes you all to our community 'Car Boot & Table Top Pre-loved & Craft Sale', Saturday 19th September 2026, open to public from 12 noon to 3pm.

Refreshments: And if you want some respite from shopping (or park yourself whilst your family/friends shop), refreshments will be available to purchase inside the hall from the bar (alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages), and tea/coffee, sandwiches, cakes/buns from the hall kitchen.

Fees:
Buyers: £1 entry (children free). Pay on entry.
Sellers: A bargain £5 per plot - Car or Table-Top plots (to be pre-booked & paid online please). Limited places, so advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

Sellers wanted for the 40  Car Boot Plots available on the field (back of the village hall) and the 10 table-top plots inside the hall.
40 outdoor Car Plots (you will need to bring your own display tables/equipment) if you wish to display outside your car boot,
and
10 indoor table-top plots (tables provided).

Sellers Setting up:
Set up for sellers is from 10:30am. All set up must be complete by 11:45pm please. We cannot allow seller's car entrance onto the field after this time for public safety reasons.
